How much does social media marketing cost in Rudrapur?

In Rudrapur, Advance Media Solution's social media marketing retainers start at ₹35,000 a month plus GST, and business websites start at ₹50,000 plus GST. Those are starting prices. The final quote depends on shoot days, platforms, ads management and where you are. You pay ad spend to Meta or Google directly, and domain and hosting stay in your name.

Agency prices are often hard to find. You fill a form, someone calls, and the number arrives after the pitch. So here is what we charge, what moves the number, and what no agency's fee should ever hide.

I am Nishant, the founder of AMS. Seven of us work out of Metropolis City, Rudrapur, and we have worked with 75+ brands since April 2023. This guide is written from the quotes we send.

01What are the only two prices AMS publishes?

Two. Marketing retainers start at ₹35,000 a month. Business websites start at ₹50,000. GST is charged on top of both. I set them. They are the floor, not a package.

The word that matters is 'from'. A ₹35,000 retainer for a sweet shop and a ₹35,000 retainer for a coaching centre will not contain the same work. That is why we do not print a reel count next to the price. The scope is set on a short call, once we know what your week looks like. The packages page at Digital Marketing Packages in Rudrapur from ₹35,000 explains how that works.

02What moves the monthly fee up or down?

Four things, mainly.

  • Shoot days. A pharmacy with the same counter every day needs fewer than a restaurant whose lunch thali and Saturday dinner look nothing alike. Every shoot day is crew time on location, so it shows up directly in the quote.
  • Platforms. Instagram and Facebook together is one job. Each extra platform, such as YouTube, adds its own formatting, posting and replying.
  • Ads management. Running your Meta or Google account is work on top of the content. The management fee sits inside the retainer; the spend itself never does.
  • Where you are. A shoot across town in Rudrapur carries no travel line. Kichha is about 12 km away, Dineshpur about 18-20 km, Bilaspur about 20 km, Gadarpur roughly 20-25 km and Haldwani about 35-40 km. Dehradun, roughly 250 km away, gets planned shoot days, with any travel shown on the quote upfront.

A fifth, smaller lever is season. A school in admission season or a jeweller before Diwali may want a heavier month and a lighter one after.

03What should never be hidden inside an agency's fee?

Three things, on every quote we send.

  • Ad spend. You pay Meta or Google directly, from an ad account in your own name. Our fee covers planning and running it.
  • Domain and hosting. Registered in your name, not the agency's, with the access handed over at launch. If we ever part ways, the website goes with you.
  • GST. Charged on top of both prices on this page, and shown on every invoice.

Why be strict? A fee that bundles ad spend hides the split. You cannot tell how much reached Meta and how much stayed with the agency.

Cheaper options exist, and some suit some businesses. Check what the lower price leaves out. Is there a shoot, or do you send phone photos taken under the shop's tube light? Are the graphics stock images? Does anyone manage the ads and answer the DMs? Compare what the money buys, not the number alone.

04Are you paying for posts, or for a goal?

There are two ways to price this work. The difference matters more than the amount.

The first is by quantity: a fixed number of posts, reels and stories a month. Easy to compare, easy to deliver, and easy to deliver badly, because a good-morning graphic counts as a post.

The second is by job. The fee buys a team's time pointed at one thing: enquiries for a clinic, admissions for a school, entries for a race. The number of posts becomes a means, not the deliverable.

We sit in the second camp. For the Niti Xtreme Ultra Run, the brief was entries before a fixed registration deadline. The race took 2,000+ entries in two months. For Bluwalker, a drop reel earned 3M+ views in a single month and was then run as the ad itself. The label has done ₹8 lakh+ in sales every month since.

One caveat. Pricing by job does not mean the job is guaranteed. Nobody honest can promise a number. It means the plan is built around one.

05What should you ask any agency before paying?

Six questions. Ask them of us too.

  • Who will be on my shoot, and can I meet them before I sign?
  • Is ad spend inside your fee, or paid from my own account?
  • Will the domain, hosting, ad account and social pages be in my name?
  • What do I keep if I leave?
  • What does the month-end report show: reach, or calls and messages?
  • Show me one result tied to a named client.

If an answer is vague, the price does not matter. Ours: the founder is on the shoot, the accounts are yours, the case studies name the client.

06How do you judge value after 90 days?

Not on followers. A feed can grow while the till does not. Judge on what pays the rent.

  • Enquiries: calls and form fills, counted, not remembered.
  • Walk-ins who say they saw you on Instagram. Ask at the counter for 90 days and write it down.
  • DMs that ask a price, a timing or a location. Those are buyers, not fans.
  • Whether the report says in plain words what changed and what will change next.

Why 90 days and not 30? Reach and engagement move within weeks. Enquiries and sales usually take two to three months of consistent output. That is how long it takes people to trust a business they have just found. Judging at 30 days punishes the right plan for being early.

Mr. Aryan Aggarwal is Senior Partner at Vim Developers. He put it this way: "Since the launch of our new website and social strategy, the quality of our walk-in leads has shifted completely." Notice what he measures. It is the quality of walk-in leads, not followers.

If nothing has moved by then, look at three places: the content, the targeting, and how enquiries are answered. A good agency will tell you which one is failing. A weak one will send a reach graph.

07Where does a website fit into the cost?

A website is quoted as its own project, from ₹50,000 plus GST. The monthly retainer starts at ₹35,000 plus GST. If you need both, we scope both on the same short call.

You need one when customers check something before they come in: a menu, a price range, timings, a fee structure. It also helps when ads run, because a landing page built for one offer does a better job than a homepage. Domain and hosting go in your name. There is a separate guide at Website Design Cost in Rudrapur: From ₹50,000 for the website side.

08Questions people ask

Is ₹35,000 a month the price for everyone?

No. It is the starting point, plus GST. More shoot days, more platforms or managed ads can put you above it. We set the scope on a short call and send a written quote before anything starts.

Do I pay AMS for the ad budget?

No. Ad spend goes from you to Meta or Google directly, through an ad account in your name. Our fee covers the strategy, the creative and running the account. Keeping the two apart means you always see where the money went.

Why don't you say how many reels the retainer includes?

Because the count is the wrong thing to buy. A pharmacy and a restaurant need different amounts of shooting. We fix the scope on the call and write it into the quote. It is not vague; it is just not on a menu.

Can I pay for just one shoot instead of a monthly plan?

Yes. We regularly do one-off shoots, such as a brand film, a product shoot or event coverage, and hand over edited files. One-off jobs are quoted on their own. Many clients start that way and decide on monthly work later.
