01What does a graphic designer at AMS make?
Most businesses do not need a designer for one thing. They need the same look carried across a dozen things: the board outside, the menu on the table, the post on Instagram, the label on the jar. That is the job our designers do, sitting next to the people who shoot and run the accounts.
| Design | What it is for | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Logo and brand identity | Being recognised and remembered | Logo versions, colours, fonts, a one-page brand sheet |
| Social media creatives | Posts, carousels, story frames, reel covers, ad frames | Files sized for each placement, plus editable masters |
| Menu cards | Dine-in tables, takeaway, delivery apps, QR menus | Print-ready file and a phone-friendly version |
| Brochures and company profiles | Dealers, buyers, admissions, site visits | Print PDF and a light PDF for WhatsApp |
| Flex, hoarding and standees | Shopfronts, highways, fairs, launches | Large-format files your printer can use directly |
| Packaging and labels | Products on shelves and marketplaces | Print-ready artwork laid out to your printer's die line |
| Festival creatives | Diwali, Navratri, Holi, Rakhi, Eid and more | Posts, stories and a print version if needed |
If you search for logo design in Rudrapur, this is the same team. A logo is simply the first piece of the set.
02How is a logo made at AMS, step by step?
- A conversation with the owner. Who buys from you, what they call your business, and whether they read the board in Hindi, English or both.
- A look at your market. We study the signboards and pages of businesses like yours nearby, so yours does not blend in with them.
- Rough directions in black and white first. Colour hides weak shapes, so we judge the idea without it.
- The size test. Every direction is checked as a tiny circle on a phone screen and as a wide board seen from across the road.
- One direction refined. Spacing, letterforms and the Hindi version drawn to match the English, not typed in a random font.
- Colour chosen for screens and for print, with codes for both.
- The full set of versions and the brand sheet, then every file handed over.
Sometimes the honest answer is not a new logo. A shop in Rudrapur that customers have known for twenty years by its board should think twice before throwing that away. Often the better job is a careful redraw: the same mark, made sharp, with proper files and a square version for Instagram. We will tell you which one you need.
03What should you ask a logo designer for before you pay?
The design is only half of what you are buying. The other half is the files, and many owners discover they never got them only when a printer asks.
- The editable master file, in AI or EPS, and a CDR copy if your flex shop works in CorelDRAW.
- A vector PDF for printers and an SVG for the website.
- PNG files with a transparent background, for posts, reels and WhatsApp.
- Colour, black-only and white-only versions, in wide and square layouts.
- Colour codes for screen and print, and the names of the fonts.
- A written line that the final logo belongs to your business on full payment.
- An assurance that it is original, not edited from a template anyone can buy.
We have written a longer guide on each file and what it is for, at What files should I get from my logo designer before I pay?. If you plan to register the logo as a trademark, take advice from a trademark professional before you finalise it. That is legal ground, and it is not ours.
04Why does a flex or hoarding design look different once it is printed?
Because a screen and a printer make colour in different ways. A phone glows. A flex banner reflects daylight. The bright pinks, greens and electric blues that look sharp on screen often come out dull or muddy in print. We design print jobs in print colour from the start, and check the strongest colours before the file goes out.
Size changes what works, too. A hoarding beside the highway is read in a moment from a moving car or bus. It can carry a name, one line, a phone number and a picture. Not a paragraph, not five services, not thin letters that vanish from a distance.
Hindi text is a common trap. A Hindi font on our computer may not exist on the flex shop's computer, and the letters fall apart when the file opens there. We convert the text to outlines in the final print file so the matras stay where they belong.
- Ask your printer for the exact size and the margin they trim.
- Send a vector PDF, never a screenshot or a WhatsApp forward.
- Ask for a proof photo before the full run, and check spelling and numbers yourself.
- Keep the phone number large. It is the line people actually need.
We prepare the print-ready files and can speak to your printer directly. The printing itself is done by the press or flex shop.
05How do the designs tie in with your reels and ads?
This is the main reason to have design under the same roof as video and media buying. A reel cover, the end card of an ad, a carousel, a story frame with the offer: each is a small design job, and each has to look like the same brand as the shopfront.
Niti Xtreme Ultra Run shows how much design a campaign can need. Alongside presenter-led registration explainers, the work included prize, partner and category creatives posted daily, with Meta ads run against the registration deadline. The run reached 2,000+ race entries in two months, from first shoot to final spend.
With Bluwalker, the reel that earned the organic views was run as the ad itself, so the brand's look had to hold from the feed to the ad without a rebuild. That campaign did 3M+ views in a single month.
When the designer, the editor and the person running the spend share a room, a weak creative is replaced the same day, not after a week of emails. More on how we run ads is at Facebook Ads Agency in Rudrapur | Meta Ads, and on managing pages at Social Media Marketing Agency in Rudrapur.
06How early should you plan festival creatives?
Earlier than most businesses do. Festival posts made on the morning of the festival look rushed, and festival print work made the week before has to queue behind everyone else's flex orders.
In Udham Singh Nagar the busy stretch runs from Navratri and the Atariya temple fair through Diwali, then into wedding season and winter. Holi, Rakhi, Eid, Christmas and the new year bring their own rush. Harela, Uttarakhand's own festival, is worth a post too. Our festival calendar for the state is at Festival marketing calendar for shops and restaurants in Uttarakhand.
A good festival creative is about your business, not only the festival. A diya and "Happy Diwali" with a logo in the corner looks like every other post that morning. A festive menu, a gift box from your shelf, a family offer at the counter, or your own team in festive clothes gives the customer a reason to come in.
The Royal Art's Rakhi campaign was built to a date, as part of a launch that did ₹70k+ in sales within the first twenty days. Dates do not move, so the design should be ready before the date is close.
07What is not included, and what should you check before hiring any designer?
We do not sell SEO and do not manage Google Business Profiles. We do not print; we hand print-ready files to the printer you use. We do not copy another brand's logo, and we do not use pirated fonts. Packaging must carry details like MRP, ingredients or licence numbers; you supply and confirm those, because the law on labels is yours to meet.
Whoever you hire, check these:
- Real work for real businesses, ideally local ones, not only mock-ups.
- How many rounds of changes are included, agreed before work starts.
- Which source files and font names you will receive at the end.
- Whether the designer understands print, not just screens.
- Whether the design will match your social media and website, or stand alone.
A logo or a one-off print job is quoted by scope after a short call. Ongoing design for social media and ads is part of a monthly retainer, from ₹35,000 a month plus GST, explained at Digital Marketing Packages in Rudrapur from ₹35,000.

09Questions people ask
How much does logo design cost in Rudrapur?
It depends on whether you need a brand new identity, a redraw of an existing logo, or a logo plus the full set of brand files and first designs. A redraw is a smaller job than a new name and identity. We do not publish a fixed logo price. We quote after a short call about your business and what you already have.
Do you design in Hindi as well as English?
Yes. Many customers in Rudrapur and around read boards, menus and posts in Hindi. We design the Hindi and English versions together, so the two look like one brand. For print we convert the Hindi text to outlines, so it does not break when your printer opens the file.
Can you design packaging and labels for products sold on Amazon or in shops?
Yes. We design boxes, pouches, jar labels and stickers to your printer's die line and colour needs, and match them to your product photos. You provide the required label text, such as MRP and licence details, and confirm it is correct before printing. We lay it out clearly; the legal content stays your decision.
My old logo only exists as a blurry JPG. Can you fix it?
Usually, yes. A designer can redraw it as a clean vector from the best image you have, keeping the shape customers already know. Small details may need tidying along the way. Once it is redrawn, you get the full set of files and versions, so the same problem does not come back.
How long does a logo take?
It depends mostly on how quickly decisions come back. The design work itself moves steadily. Waiting on feedback from several partners or family members is what slows most logos down. We agree the stages and a target date on the first call, and suggest one person on your side gives the final approval.
