A fair runs for days, and the content has to work while it is still open. A polished highlights film delivered a week later is a nice souvenir; it does not bring anyone through the gate. The organisers needed the fair visible every day it was on: the stalls, the buyer-seller meet, and the performances on the stage each night.

The crew was on site through the run, day and night. Nothing was staged for the camera; the job was to shoot what happened, as it happened, and get it out fast enough to matter.

06Questions people ask
Do you cover the whole event or just make a highlights reel?
Both, but the coverage comes first. For Saras Mela the crew was on site through the full run, day and night, and reels went out while the fair was still open. A highlights film can follow, but it is not what brings people through the gate.
Can the reels go out while the event is still running?
Yes, and that is the point. Same-day cuts mean each day's content is working for the next day. We plan the shot list and the posting schedule with you beforehand so nothing waits on approval at midnight.
Do you cover events outside Rudrapur?
Yes. The crew travels to Kichha, Gadarpur, Dineshpur, Bilaspur, Haldwani and Dehradun, and further for the right project. Travel is included in the quote.
