01Overview
Our services are custom work. Time is booked, people are assigned and work starts as soon as a payment is made, so most payments cannot be refunded once work has begun. This policy explains exactly when a refund is available.
02Monthly retainers
- You can cancel a retainer with 30 days' written notice by email. The notice period is billed as normal.
- A month that has already started is not refundable, because the month's planning, shoots and content are already under way.
- If you cancel before a paid month has started, the full fee for that month is refunded.
03Websites and one-time projects
- Cancelled before any work starts: the advance is refunded in full.
- Cancelled after work starts: we keep a share of the fee that matches the work completed. The advance is not refunded, and work completed beyond the advance is invoiced.
- After final delivery and approval: no refund.
04Shoots
- Rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice: moved to a new date at no charge.
- Cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice: the booking amount is not refunded.
- Costs already paid to third parties, such as location, talent or equipment hire, are not refundable in any case.
- If we have to cancel, you choose between a new date and a full refund of what you paid for that shoot.
05Ad spend
Money spent on advertising is paid to Meta, Google or the relevant platform, not to us, and cannot be refunded by AMS. Any unspent balance or refund of ad spend is handled by the platform under its own policies. Our management fee for a month in which ads have run is not refundable.
06Revisions before refunds
If you are not happy with a deliverable, tell us within 7 days of receiving it. We will revise it within the number of revision rounds in your proposal. Dissatisfaction with work that you approved is not grounds for a refund.
07How refunds are paid
Email nishant@advancemediasolution.com with your invoice number to request a refund or cancellation. We will confirm within 3 working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. GST that has already been paid to the government is adjusted through a credit note where the law allows.
