01How does a new patient choose a clinic in Rudrapur?
Think about how a new patient finds you now. Someone in Rudrapur has a toothache on a Tuesday evening. They search the pain, or a doctor's name a neighbour mentioned. They open Google Maps and read the last few reviews. They check whether the OPD is open and whether the doctor sits today. Then they call once. If nobody picks up, they try the next clinic on the list.
That is the whole funnel for a hospital, clinic, dentist or physio. Be found, be believed, be easy to reach. Everything we do for health and wellness clients serves one of those three. The same three checks apply whether you run a hospital, a physio practice, a pharmacy, a gym or a counselling room.
Pharmacies and counselling rooms run on the same logic with different timing. A pharmacy is judged on whether the medicine is in stock and how fast the WhatsApp reply comes. A psychologist is judged on whether the first message feels private enough to send. We plan content around those moments, not around festival greetings. Gyms sell a habit and plan around a membership season, so they have their own page: Sports, Gym & Event Marketing Agency in Rudrapur.
02Why do explainer videos work better than 'best hospital in Rudrapur' posts?
Patients do not want to be sold a hospital. They want an answer to the thing they are worried about. Does a root canal hurt? How soon after a fracture should physio start? Is therapy only for serious problems? Can this tablet be taken with that one? A short reel where the doctor answers one question, in Hindi or Hinglish, does more for trust than any banner.
We have already shot presenter-led explainers in this field: a mental health explainer for Happy Minds and a physio explainer for Instep Physio. In health, an explainer has to ease the worry without diagnosing anyone watching. So the doctor talks about the common case, says when to see someone, and stops there.
Most clinic videos online fail for the same reasons. The doctor reads a script and sounds like a notice board. Glare off white walls and steel trolleys makes the room look cold. The walkthrough shows an empty corridor and a machine nobody understands. We light the doctor properly, keep one question per reel, and shoot in short takes. It should sound like a consultation, not a speech.
03What are AMS's rules on health content?
Doctors work under professional rules about what they may say in public. We are not lawyers and do not give legal advice. But we keep our own rules on every health account, agreed before the first shoot:
- No guarantee of cure, and no promise of a guaranteed result, in any post, ad or reply.
- No before-and-after promises. We show the treatment and the setting, not an outcome you cannot promise.
- No fake testimonials. A patient appears on camera only with written consent, and we would rather use explainers.
- No patient records, prescriptions or waiting-room faces in frame. Consent first, always.
- The doctor approves the talking points, the final edit and the caption before anything goes out.
- No fear-based urgency. A health decision should not be rushed by an offer ending Sunday.
This costs us a few flashy hooks. It protects your reputation and the patient. It is also what makes the content believable, which is the only reason it works. If another agency offers you a viral before-and-after, ask who carries the risk when a patient complains. It will not be the agency.
04Does a clinic need Google Business Profile more than Instagram?
For a clinic, Google catches the patient who is in pain right now. Instagram builds the familiarity that makes them pick you when the time comes. You need both. If one is broken, fix Google first.
We audit the profile first, then keep it current. The things that matter most for a clinic:
- The right category for each doctor and department, not one generic 'hospital' label.
- OPD timings that are actually true, including Sunday and evening hours.
- The doctor's name and qualifications exactly as they appear on the board outside.
- Real photos of the reception, the consultation room and the parking, not stock images.
- A WhatsApp number and phone number that someone actually answers.
Reviews are where many clinics slip. The natural moment to ask is at the desk after a follow-up visit, when the patient is feeling better. Replies need more care in health than anywhere else. A reply never confirms that the writer was a patient, and never mentions a treatment. It thanks, or apologises, and moves the conversation to the phone.
A website with one page per service and per doctor helps Google understand what you treat, and gives your reels somewhere to send people. Read what a local business website needs at What a local business website in Rudrapur or Haldwani actually needs (and what it does not).
05How does work with a hospital or clinic start?
We get the basics right before spending anything on reach. A dental clinic and a multi-speciality hospital start differently, but both start with the Google profile.
- First visit: a meeting at the clinic during OPD hours, so we see the flow. We agree what can and cannot be said, clean up the Google Business Profile, and set up a WhatsApp reply template.
- First shoot: planned for the gap between OPD sessions. Doctor explainers, reception and equipment shots, and a short introduction to each doctor.
- Sign-off and posting: edits go to the doctor on WhatsApp for approval. Posting on Instagram, Facebook and Google starts only after that.
- Reviews and replies: the review-request routine begins. We answer DMs and comments, and pass anything clinical to the clinic.
- Second shoot and report: explainers built around seasonal questions like viral fever or winter joint pain. Ads are optional here, and when used they promote an explainer, never an offer or a cure. Then a one-page report the doctor can read between patients: posts published, reach, and the number of calls and WhatsApp messages.
A patient may follow a doctor's explainers for a long time before a bad knee or a toothache sends them in. That is normal for health, and we say so on the first call rather than after the first invoice.
06What does hospital and clinic marketing cost in Rudrapur?
We publish two prices, and both are starting points. Marketing retainers start from ₹35,000 a month. Business websites start from ₹50,000. GST is charged on top of both.
Ad spend is separate. Any ads are paid by the clinic directly to Meta or Google, from its own ad account. Domain and hosting are bought in the clinic's name. The doctor pages and the appointment button stay with the practice if the retainer ends.
What a retainer covers is set on the call. A single-doctor dental clinic, a multi-speciality hospital, a gym and a pharmacy do not need the same thing. So we do not list how many reels or posts a price includes. That number should follow your OPD, not a menu. See how the packages are structured at Digital Marketing Packages in Rudrapur from ₹35,000. The wider cost picture is at How much does social media marketing cost in Rudrapur?.
07What has AMS done in health and wellness, and how do you start?
We have worked with Playmore, Happy Minds, Instep Physio, MAK Hospital, Satyam Pharmacy and HS Gym. Playmore does ₹20L+ in sales per month, driven by an always-on social and paid engine. The Happy Minds and Instep Physio reels are the presenter-led explainers described above.
Dr. Siya Mishra, Psychologist, put it this way: "I used to think social media was a vanity project until I saw the numbers. Within two months our DM inquiries doubled." She added that "the content sounds exactly like us, only far more professional." That is her account, not a promise for yours. Her practice is not yours. Reviews, location and the doctor on camera all change the outcome. What we can commit to is a report that shows the calls and messages as they came, good month or bad.
The studio is in Metropolis City, Rudrapur. The crew shoots at your clinic, across Udham Singh Nagar and beyond. Distances are in the FAQ below. Phone +91 91059 43909 or email nishant@advancemediasolution.com. The Let's talk button works too. Either way, we call you back within a working day. The first meeting is best held at your clinic, during OPD hours, so we see what patients see.

09Questions people ask
Can a doctor or hospital advertise on Instagram and Google in India?
We are not lawyers and do not give legal advice, so check the rules for your practice with your own adviser. What we make is patient education content. Every health account runs under the same rules: no guarantee of cure, no before-and-after promises, no fake testimonials, no comparison with other doctors. The doctor approves everything before it goes out.
Does the doctor have to be on camera?
The strongest clinic content has the doctor answering one question, because a patient wants to know who will examine them. But it is not compulsory. A physio demonstrating an exercise, a pharmacist explaining how to store insulin, or a voice-over on shots of the reception all work. Patients never appear without written consent. We keep takes short and work from agreed talking points, not a script read aloud, so it sounds like a consultation.
How do appointment enquiries reach us?
Through a WhatsApp button on your Instagram, Facebook and website, and a phone number patients can tap to call everywhere, including your Google profile. We reply to basic questions like timings, location and how to book, and pass anything clinical to your front desk. We never give medical advice in a DM. The monthly report counts calls and messages, not likes.
Will you make patient testimonial videos?
Only with the patient's written consent, and only if they genuinely want to. We never write a testimonial, hire an actor, or use a stock face. Honestly, we prefer doctor explainers and real Google reviews, which patients write themselves. Those build trust without putting anyone's privacy at risk, and they leave far less room for a complaint.
What does marketing for a clinic in Rudrapur cost?
Marketing retainers start from ₹35,000 a month and business websites from ₹50,000, both plus GST. Any ad spend goes from the clinic to Meta or Google directly. The scope depends on how many doctors need an introduction, how many departments need pages, and how much Google profile work there is. That is agreed on the call.
Do you work with hospitals and clinics outside Rudrapur?
Yes. Kichha is about 12 km from the studio, Dineshpur about 18 to 20 km and Bilaspur about 20 km. Gadarpur is 20 to 25 km away and Haldwani 35 to 40 km. A clinic anywhere in that range gets the same on-location shoot. For places further out, such as Dehradun, we plan shoot days in advance. Editing, Google profile work, ads and the website run from the studio in Metropolis City. Travel for a local shoot is part of the plan, not a surprise on the bill.
Is this only for doctors, or also for gyms and pharmacies?
Pharmacies, yes. Satyam Pharmacy is among the brands we have worked with. A pharmacy needs a quick WhatsApp reply on what is in stock, correct hours on Google, and no claims about what a medicine will do. Gyms work differently. HS Gym is among our clients too, but a gym plans around a membership season, so it has its own page: Sports, Gym & Event Marketing Agency in Rudrapur.
