01Why would a Bazpur business use a studio in Rudrapur?

There is no AMS office in Bazpur, and we will not pretend there is. Our studio is in Metropolis City, Rudrapur. The road to Bazpur runs through Gadarpur and the trip takes about an hour. That is close enough for the crew to come to your shop, your godown or your school for every shoot.

What you get for that drive is seven people under one roof. The same team plans the month, holds the camera, edits the reels, runs the ad budget and builds the website. For an owner, that means one number to call when something goes wrong, not three freelancers who each point at the other two.

Most of the work does not need us in town. Editing, posting, ad management, design and web builds happen in the studio. You see drafts on WhatsApp and approve them from the counter. We come up for the first meeting, for shoot days, and whenever sitting across a table will settle a question faster than a phone call.

02What is different about selling in Bazpur?

Bazpur is a farming town first. Much of the land around it was jungle until families uprooted by Partition came from Punjab and cleared it for farms. Large agricultural estates are still the reason the town is comfortable. The state's first co-operative sugar factory was set up here, with local farmers putting in the share capital.

That history shows in how people buy. Hindi, Punjabi and Kumaoni are all spoken in the bazaar. A customer often knows the owner's family, or knows someone who does. Big purchases, a tractor part, a wedding set, a school admission, get talked over at home before anyone walks in. Then they call, or send a WhatsApp.

So marketing here is less about strangers discovering you and more about staying front of mind with people who already half know you. The reel that works shows the owner, the stock and the counter. The ad reaches the villages around the town, not the whole district. And somebody picks up the phone when it rings.

03Which kind of Bazpur business needs what?

Not every business in town needs the same thing. This is roughly where we would start, depending on who you sell to:

BusinessWhere the customer decidesWhere we would start
Seed, fertiliser or tractor parts dealerOn a call, after a word from another farmerShort Hindi or Punjabi reels on stock and advice, and a WhatsApp catalogue
Rice mill or agri traderWith buyers outside the district who want to see the operationA website and a short film of the plant, the stock and the dispatch
Private school or coaching centreAt home, with parents comparing campusesCampus and teacher videos before admissions, with Meta ads by area
Clothing, jewellery or furniture shopOn Instagram, weeks before a wedding or festivalProduct reels shot in the shop and a small local ad budget
Clinic, lab or pharmacyOn Google and Instagram, often at a worried momentDoctor-led explainers and a clear number to call
Sweet shop, dhaba or cafeIn a family group chat on the dayFood shot in your kitchen, posted before the evening rush

Traders who sell mainly to other businesses have a different problem from shops. A credible website and search ads matter more to them than followers. We explain that side for the next town down the road at Best Digital Marketing Agency in Gadarpur.

04When should a Bazpur business spend on marketing?

In a farming town, money moves with the crop. The weeks after the paddy harvest and through the cane crushing season are when families settle accounts and spend. That is also wedding season. A shop that starts posting in the middle of it has missed the families who were deciding a month earlier.

We plan the year around the dates that matter in and around Bazpur:

  • Paddy harvest and Diwali: shoot new stock in early autumn, so the reels are ready before families come into the bazaar.
  • Cane crushing and winter weddings: run jewellery, clothing, furniture and banquet content while families are planning, not on the wedding day itself.
  • Baisakhi and Gurpurab: worth marking with real photos from the day, not a stock greeting card.
  • School admissions in spring: campus films and teacher explainers go out before parents settle on a choice.
  • The Chaitra fair at the Maa Bal Sundari shrine in Kashipur: a date to plan around if your customers go.

Fixed dates deserve a fixed plan. The Royal Art built its Rakhi campaign to a date instead of improvising on the day, and the launch brought ₹70k+ in sales in its first twenty days.

05How does a shoot day in Bazpur work?

  • A call first. We agree what to film, who will speak and which hours are quiet in the shop or school.
  • The crew drives up from Rudrapur in the morning and usually shoots a few weeks of reels in one visit.
  • The founder, Nishant Singh, is on the first shoot, so the person who planned it sees your place.
  • Godown and farm shoots follow the light and the work. A loading truck looks best before the noon glare.
  • Editing happens back in the studio. Drafts come to you on WhatsApp, and changes are made there.
  • Between visits we can cut clips your staff record on a phone, so a new arrival does not wait for the next trip.

Travel for shoot days is written into the quote before we start. If you need the crew more often, at a sweet shop in Diwali week for instance, we plan the extra visits upfront and say what they add. Nothing turns up later as a surprise line on the bill.

You are welcome to visit the studio first if you would like to see where the work happens before you sign anything.

06Should Bazpur ads be in Hindi, Punjabi or English?

Mostly Hindi, with Punjabi wherever your customers speak it at home. A farmer comparing seed varieties wants to hear it explained the way the dealer would explain it at the counter. English captions help on school and clinic content, where parents and patients often read before they watch.

On Meta ads, we set the area around Bazpur and the villages your customers actually come from. Then we widen or narrow it once the calls show where people are. A small area tires of the same ad quickly, so we change the creative every few weeks instead of raising the budget. How we run spend is at Facebook Ads Agency in Rudrapur | Meta Ads.

Google search ads are for people already looking for something specific, a school, a clinic, a parts dealer. They need a page to land on. That is usually where a simple website starts paying for itself, because the ad has somewhere honest to send people.

07What does it cost, and what is not included?

We publish two starting prices. Monthly retainers start from ₹35,000 a month and business websites from ₹50,000, both plus GST. Ad spend is separate and goes from your own account straight to Meta or Google. What moves the price is explained at Digital Marketing Packages in Rudrapur from ₹35,000.

So you know before the first call, these are things we do not sell:

  • SEO as a separate service. A website we build includes local SEO basics, and that is all we claim for it.
  • Management of your Google Business Profile. We hand over good photos from each shoot for it, but the listing stays with you.
  • Promises of followers, leads or sales by a date. Nobody can guarantee those, and anyone who does is guessing.

You own every account, page and domain from the first day. If we stop working together, nothing has to be handed back, and nothing is held hostage.

09Questions people ask

How far is AMS from Bazpur, and do you charge for travel?

Our studio is in Metropolis City, Rudrapur, about an hour by road from Bazpur through Gadarpur. The crew travels to you for the first meeting and for shoot days. Travel is written into the quote before we start, so it never appears later as an extra line on the bill.

Can Meta ads reach only the villages around Bazpur?

Yes. Meta lets us set the area by distance from your shop or by named places, and we can leave out towns you do not serve. We start with the villages your customers already come from, then adjust once the calls and messages show where the interest really is.

Will you shoot at our rice mill or agri godown?

Yes. We have filmed steel and industrial products for other clients. At a mill or godown we film what a buyer wants proof of: the machines running, the stock, the packing and the truck leaving. We plan around your working hours and follow your safety rules on the floor.

Do I have to appear on camera myself?

No. Product, stock and voice-over content all work. But in a town where customers know the family, an owner explaining one thing in their own words often does better than a polished poster. We keep takes short, in Hindi or Punjabi, and you approve the edit before it goes out.

Can you look after our Google listing and SEO?

No. We do not sell SEO or Google Business Profile management. Websites we build include local SEO basics, and we hand over photos from each shoot that you can add to your listing. If ranking on Google is your main goal, hire someone who does only that.

We have never done any marketing. Where should we start?

With one proper shoot and one place to send people. That is usually a few weeks of reels and a clean Instagram and WhatsApp setup, or a simple website if buyers need a catalogue. Add ads once you know which reel people respond to. If a retainer is more than you need, we will say so on the first call.
